architecture for enhanced environments
Cad systems play a larger part each year in project delivery. BIM has been a part of this practice via computational methods since its inception in the mid 80's. It is essential that members be able to work within specialized applications that allow them to be productive, yet data be interchangeable as needed. We use:
DataCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, AIA Masterspec as our primary design tools. We use literally dozens of other programs to manage & integrate a large volume of data necessary to deliver projects.

PORTFOLIO
PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
Architect's statement:
In my own passion to make my work architecturally oriented, I have developed a business dedicated to the practice of architecture keeping the business of architecture quietly behind the scenes. Satisfaction is not about creating a design business empire. It is bringing dreams to reality.
Two answers to the most important questions you can ask of a prospective architect:
"Whom will I be dealing with directly: Is that also the same person who will be designing the building?" I make the promises and deliver the goods. I design the work, and present the billings. The responsibility rests here.
"What is the architect's design philosophy?" Our environment is a special gift,. to be treasured and nurtured. When we modify our environment, our responsibility is to improve what came before.
The key is to be able to identify what elements should be preserved (treasured) and enhanced (nurtured), and whether the proposed construction is actually an improvement based on this standard.
With many projects come complex issues. We must know what the driving force is and how to allow it to drive the project. It is as simple as knowing the Goal, and keeping it elevated by project objectives.
"Partnering" with every client. Architecture for enhanced environments.
